According to Korean entertainment site All K-Pop, reports from a YG Entertainment Insider say CL, Minzy, Bom and Dara won’t be making a comeback anytime soon as the artist management will be busy with CL’s American promotions. It was also speculated that Dara (popularly known in the Philippines as Sandara Park) would be concentrating on acting from now on.

Rumors were fueled when Minzy, the youngest member of the group removed “2NE1” from one of her SNS profiles, turning “official 2NE1 minzy” to “official minzy.”

YG Entertainment was quick to deny rumors pertaining to 2NE1’s disbandment. They said the girl group is set to release a new song this year.
