091015-myrtle_main.jpgOn Aquino and Abunda Tonight, Playful Angel Myrtle Sarosa revealed Sam Concepcion is not courting her. Myrtle and Sam are part of the Season Two of YFSF.

Close lang talaga kami because of Your Face Sounds Familiar (YFSF),” she said.

However, Myrtle admitted being Sam’s admirer when he was a part of Little Big Star, a singing contest on ABS-CBN in 1995. Myrtle even remembered voting for Sam.

Asked for her reaction because her ex-boyfriend Bryan Poe Llamanzares seems to be courting Sam’s ex-girlfriend Jasmine Curtis-Smith, she said she’s shocked but she’s “not affected.” Myrtle remarked that it’s an affirmation that she’s finally moved on.

She also revealed it was Bryan who broke up with her and his reason was “it’s not the right time and the right timing.” However, she said, “okay na rin dahil after that, maraming dumating na blessings.”

One of those blessings is being part of YFSF. Asked how it differs from doing cosplays, Myrtle explained doing cosplays is just copying a character but on YFSF, she will be copying “real people, even their nuances.”

Myrtle also revealed she took a leave of absence from the University of The Philippines, so she can focus on YFSF.

On Fast Talk, Myrtle choose Sam over Bryan. Asked if she will become Sam’s girlfriend if he courts her, Myrtle answered, “Now, no. In the future, maybe.”
