Actress Assunta de Rossi said that she andhusband former Congressman Jules Ledesma are still hoping to conceive a baby.They have been married for 14 years and have been waiting for a pregnancy for 10years now.

“Iniisip na lang talaga namin is everythingtalaga happens at the right time. Minsan kasi kapag iniisip mo, lalong hindi,lalong hindi mangyayari. Kahit sa anong bagay siguro,” she told reportersduring the press conference for her upcoming film with actor Jay Manaloentitled Higanti.

In a separate interview with some membersof the entertainment media before the event, Assunta admitted that she has aproblem conceiving a child. “Oo, ako, lahat ng pampa-infertile na sa akin,” shesaid.

“Hindi ko alam sa doctor ko pero 33 (yearsold) na ako eh so dapat madaliin ko na. Marami namang options,” she added.

When asked if they are already trying outoptions, Assunta said that she would just finish her commitments then she wouldshift her priorities, pertaining to her family life. Apart from working ontheir family’s haciendas, Assunta isdoing shows on GMA network.
