It may be recalled that Vice was one of the most outspoken members of the LGBT community who slammed aspiring senator Manny Pacquiao’s recent “homophobic remark” wherein he likened same-sex marriage to animals.

Although the boxing champ has since apologized about the comment and with certain LGBT members accepting it, Vice maintained that he would still not vote for Manny.

However, despite the apology, certain netizens brought up the past controversy that Vice got embroiled in. It may be recalled that he drew flak two years ago after he poked fun about veteran broadcaster Jessica Soho getting raped.

Although the two have made peace over the incident, a number of netizens thought that Vice himself is an offensive comedian.

Vice via his Twitter account on Wednesday faced his bashers head on and reiterated that the current issue is not about him.

In the end, Vice left a meaningful tweet for his followers to ponder on.
