For Ylona Garcia, having her very first album is a dream come true. The teen star just released her debut album titled My Name is Ylona Garcia. “I feel honored kasi everyone puts such hard work to this especially Rox (Santos, producer). He was so invested in this and I was so invested on this so everything was just going great,” she said.

Ylona’s album has nine tracks with compositions from Marion Aunor, Nica Del Rosario, Moira Dela Torre, Jamie Rivera, and Ylona herself.

Meanwhile, when asked if she has a special someone now, Ylona replied, ”Wala pa po kasi 14 pa lang ako di ba? You guys said for a girl to have an album at 14 is pretty young, boyfriend pa?”

Ylona has been constantly linked to her former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Bailey May. Is the teen actor courting her? “Secret po… secret,” she said.

Asked what is the sweetest gesture Bailey has done for her, she shared,”Nong sa mall show, this was Valentine’s Day, he asked me to be his Valentine in a mall show, on stage, in front of a lot of people. I was like ‘Oh my gosh I don’t know what to say.’ Of course I need to say yes,” she said.

Ylona stressed that she wants to focus on herself now and wait until she’s 21 before she commits to a relationship. “Para sa akin 21, promise ko sa sarili ko kasi I really want to focus talaga but sometimes it’s hard pero you try, you just keep on going, so para sa akin 21 but with my parents pwede 18 pero I told them 21 na lang,” she said.
