Bela Padilla talks about split with longtime beau Neil Arce

<div><img src="" alt="012017-BelaPadilla_PUSH.jpg" width="400" height="290" align="left" border="0"/>Although she didn’t reveal the exact reason behind their split, Bela Padilla shocked the press when she whispered that she and her businessman boyfriend Neil Arce had already called it quits.</div>Bela, during the press conference of her primetime soap My Dear Heart together with Zanjoe Marudo and child star Heart Ramos, shared that life goes on for her and Neil.“Tuloy parin. Like ngayon nagsho-shoot kami ng movie okay parin naman kami,” she said of her upcoming film with Jericho Rosales titled Luck at First Sight, which she conceptualized with Neil.The two haven’t only been a couple and co-creators, but they’ve also been business partners.To this Bela said, “Oo iba. I think when it comes to that side I value his opinion more than anybody else’s. Kasi magka-jive kami at ‘yung utak namin pagdating sa mga trabaho at pagdating sa mga concepts.”The actress happily shared that she didn’t have to talk to Neil about how their “setup” would be, now that they’ve ended their four-year relationship. “Parang hindi na dapat pag-usapan eh, parehas naman kaming mature na tao. I would like to think na para sa age ko I’m relatively mature kaya nga rin we were able to come up with a compromise na when it’s work, it’s work,” she said.She stressed that the split was their mutual decision and that she doesn’t feel “awkward” about having to work with him.However, Bela admitted that she’s still hasn’t fully come to terms with what happened between them.“Feeling ko lang right now, honestly hindi pa nagsi-sink in sa akin. Parang siguro hindi pa right now, siguro masyado rin akong busy sa trabaho,” she said. “Kasi nagte-taping akong M-W-F and nagte-taping ako T-TH-S tapos nag-aaral ako kapag Linggo. So wala talaga akong time mag-isip.”Bela further shocked the members of the press by saying that she actually thinks that she and Neil could still be friends.“Marami pa kaming concepts na ginagawa together. So after this movie, hindi pa rin ‘yun ang last. Makakatrabaho ko parin siya in the future. Meron kami na parang pa-start na, na next concept. So I’m going to see him the whole year,” she said.In the end, she asked the press to be nice to her former beau saying that “Ayoko lang na may mabasa siya or ma-feel bad siya kasi siyempre wala siyang control dito and ako lang ang nakapag-presscon.
