LOOK: Rachel Peters’ message to source of her leaked Miss Universe 2017 gown

2017 Miss Universe Philippines Rachel Peters took to her Instagram account to express her sadness over the leak of her Miss Universe 2017 evening gown.

The Philippine bet on Tuesday evening underscored that she has now learned her lesson. Instead of being overcome by the issue, Rachel chose to look at the positive side of it as she underscored that it’s not all about the dress.

A snippet of her supposed gown was posted by a certain Instagram account called “Gandang Pinoy” on Tuesday.
