Miss Netherlands Zoey Ivory may not have entered the 65th Miss Unverse’s top 13, but she still won the hearts of netizens. A video of Zoey dancing to Beyoncé’s hit song “Single Ladies” recently went viral.

“Thanks for all your love!! This proves that being yourself is always the right thing to do!!!” she wrote on Instagram.

In an interview with ABS-CBN News,she shared that she memorized the dance steps when her gay friends who got married requested her to dance to Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies.”

“At first I didn't even notice that people were looking at me. Then I started to hear the cheering and then I said, 'Oh my God, people are looking at me.' The I went a little more full out,' she said.

She also shared that she’s “overwhelmed” by the support of Filipinos and she plans to stay in the Philippines after her Miss Netherlands stint.
