EXCLUSIVE: Jeff Ortega reacts to girlfriend Jasmine Curtis’s same sex kissing scene

Young businessman Jeff Ortega proudly shared that he has seen his girlfriend Jasmine Curtis’s critically-acclaimed movie Baka Bukas almost ten times.

“Actually what’s nice about Baka Bukas is that it’s a real and organic movie. It’s something that addresses what society is experiencing today,” he said in an exclusive interview with Push at the Wrangler True Wanderer launch.

Jeff even pointed out that he even experienced one open forum together with Jasmine.

“And they were asking questions like ‘Hindi ko pa nasasabi sa magulang ko na I’m bi or a lesbian. What do you think is the best approach?’ So for me this encourages talaga,” he said.

He stressed to his girlfriend of one year that there was a reason why their film received praises.

“Sabi ko kay Jas, ‘You know what the reason why you’re Best Actress and the reason why Baka Bukas is there because may organic concept na may tinatamaan na tao,’” he said.

Jeff is convinced that such kinds of films are what the public “need” in the cinemas.

“Movies like these give a chance and movies like this can touch people so much and change their lives,” Jeff pointed out.

But what can he say about Jasmine’s kiss with her co-star Louise delos Reyes?

“Actually sabi ko perfect. Walang guy, it’s a girl sabi ko,” he first said, jokingly.

Apparently Jeff has no qualms about his girlfriend sharing a kiss with another woman.

“Sabi ko ‘You know what, whatever you feel, whatever the character will portray you just do it because at the end of the day kung hindi naman siya visually descriptive people won’t get it and we want people to get it,’” he ended.
