Heads up, K-drama lovers! Asianovelas are indeed, back on Philippine TV starting on Monday, May 8.

The highly-anticipated fantasy series Legend of the Blue Sea starring the well-loved Lee Min Ho will premiere in the afternoon.

Legend of the Blue Sea tells the story of a mermaid who fell in love with a man from the Joseon Dynasty thousands of years back. This man is reincarnated as a con artist in the present while the mermaid earns a pair of legs so she can follow him.

But before anything else, who are the main characters of this show?

We all know Lee Min Ho as the notorious leader of F4 in Boys Over Flowers and a wealthy heir from 2013 series, The Heirs.

Meanwhile, actress Jun Ji Hyun plays the smitten mermaid. You can remember her as the lead character of the 2001 romantic-comedy film My Sassy Girl and the star from the 2014 show, My Love From The Star.
