Rommel Padilla shares love advice for Daniel Padilla

<div> </div>Even though he is currently seen on the daytime teleserye <a href="http://entertainment.abs-cbn.com/tv/shows/hanggangsaan/main">Hanggang Saan</a>, Rommel Padilla still seems to be more popularly known with the younger generation as the father of <a href="http://entertainment.abs-cbn.com/tv/shows/lalunasangre/main">La Luna Sangre</a> star Daniel Padilla. The older Padilla recently renewed his contract with Bravo dietary supplement along with his younger brother Robin. During a press conference for the brand, both men admitted they would still consider doing a sexy pictorial. “Kaya ko nasabing okay lang pag sexy kasi mas naging seryoso ako sa ensayo ngayon, yung abs mo talagang wino-workout mo. So bakit hindi? Kapag talagang umubra yung physical appearance mo why not di ba?” Rommel shared during the Bravo presscon held last January 30 in Quezon City.When it comes to his children especially Daniel or DJ, Rommel admitted that he hopes they will not have a colorful love life like him. “Ayoko naman na kung ano yung dinanas ng tatay yun ang dadanasin din ng anak. Especially when it comes to women. Kung ako maraming dumaan na pag-ibig sa buhay ko. Hindi ko ina-advise sa kanya yun. Hangga’t maaari iisa lang ang makilala mong babae, isa lang ang babaeng kakasamahin mo sa buhay, perfect,” he shared.Rommel said he has always approved of his son’s relationship with leading lady Kathryn Bernardo and has even gotten the chance to bond with her these past few years. “Oo minsan nagkakaroon naman ng pagkakataon pag may mga shows, ganyan. Konting kain kain, ganun. Solid sila and si Kathryn ganun din. At hindi lang sila, pati sila Karla (Estrada) at pamilya talagang sobra ang value sa kanya,” he said.The Bravo endorser said he hopes that the real life love team can persevere in their relationship and only has one piece of advice for DJ when it comes to love. “Well ako hanggang maaari hanggang silang dalawa nagmamahalan ay tuloy-tuloy lang. Be straight and be true to each other. Yun lang naman ang sinasabi ko eh especially kay DJ. Lagi naman niya sinasabi, ‘Ako, iba ang pagka-Padilla ko dahil one woman man siya.’ Sabi ko, ‘Good gusto ko yun.’”DJ’s father also believes that his son has found Ms. Right with his current leading lady. “I guess. Kasi kakasabi lang niya recently di ba? Kakaiba yung nararamdaman niya kay Kathryn. Kung saan siya masaya, masaya din ako,” he said. Rommel said he is not bothered if ever his son wants to discuss marriage plans with him. “As long as mapapanindigan mo yung true love mo until the end, then so be it,” he added.
