<div> </div>Bianca Manalo&#x27;s boyfriend Antique Mayor Jonathan Tan recounted how he was able to save his girlfriend and several others when their boat capsized in the sea while they were on their way to Marsarison Island in Culasi town on Thursday, March 29.&quot;Napakabilis lang ng pangyayari, 10 to 15 seconds, tumaob na kami. Aras-asan in Sebaste town. They immediately returned to where Bianca and his companions were to rescue them.&quot;Napaiyak talaga ako. Are they still there?&#x27; Grabe talaga, parang pelikula yung pangyayari,&quot; he said.Aboard the boat are the mayor, Bianca, Ehra Madrigal and her husband Tom Yeung, Joyce Mallari and her two daughters, Majel Tresche, Torrebeo Barrientos; and Bennie Dable. Mayor Tan&#x27;s cousin Dable died in the incident.The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management provided them medical attention after they were rescued.

Their boat capsized in the sea while they were on their way to Marsarison Island in Culasi Town on Thursday, March 29.
