Tony Labrusca's mom Angel Jones opens up about her relationship with Azkals player Simone Rota

<div> </div><p>Though she has kept her relationship with Philippine Azkals player Simone Rota under the radar, Tony Labrusca’s model-mom certainly isn&#x27;t denying that she has an intimate connection with the 33-year-old Filipino-Italian football player. </p><p>“You know what, we got really, really close. Such a good person. The thing is, when you have children, you have to be very careful who you bring into your life. So hindi ako ‘yung basta basta if I like someone, he’s just gonna be in our lives. Everything’s very, very slow. My children know him, and we’re very close,” she said during the launch of her son’s business venture Deja Blends. </p><p>“Since I broke up with my husband five years ago, no one’s really been in my life. I’m like, my vision was to make it, to work, to not be bored anymore and support my children. So it’s very difficult for me to just let anyone into my life. And I’m happy,” she added. </p><p>Angel Jones, who has gotten divorced from her husband five years ago, gave her two cents about the importance of loving one’s self. </p><p>“This is what I teach women all the time is to learn how to fall in love with yourself, learn how to find happiness on your own without a man, without a person, without a significant other because nothing’s guaranteed. But what’s guaranteed is your love for yourself. So finding someone is really hard because when you have the power to find happiness, it’s kinda hard to let anyone in to destroy it,” she said. </p><p>Then again, she couldn’t be happier about choosing to let Simone Rota into her life. </p><p>“But he’s really great. I’ve never met anyone so kind and loving and patient like that so we’re definitely close. If you are a mother who values what your children feel, be very careful who let into your family.
