Solenn Heussaff showed her bare face in her latest vlog titled ‘Reality Check: NOTHING REAL | Let's Stop Comparing!’ on YouTube. The actress-model encouraged people to keep it real and stop comparing themselves to what they see on the internet.

In the video, Solenn shared why her ‘perfect life’ is actually not perfect. She started by pointing out that not everything on social media is real. “Thing is, people actually forget that, what you see online is not all real. Because people just wanna share what’s good. People don’t wanna share that they have a depressing day. People don’t wanna share that they fought with their husband,” she said.

The model and actress also showed how she put on her makeup, hair extension, fake eye lashes, and even waist cincher and breast pads. She also took a video on how she edit photos to make her arms look thinner.

Solenn also gave an important message to people who are struggling with acknowledging their self-worth. “Just be real about everything… Cause a lot of younger women and men are looking up to you, and they could get into some kind of depression because they are comparing their lives to yours.” she said.

“The thing is guys, everyone’s life is different, everyone’s personality is different, so stop comparing yourself. Live life and be true to yourself, and remember, always have fun. Be real,” she added as she removed her fake hair.
