The momshie-hosts welcomed engaged couple Moira Dela Torre and Jason Marvin in an episode of Magandang Buhay, January 11. The couple shared their preparations and the feeling of excitement as their wedding day approaches this Monday, January 14.

Jason explained why he and Moira had their civil wedding a few days before their big day. "Kasi si Pastor James, ‘yung mag-oofficiate ng wedding namin, Australian siya. Tapos ‘yung license niya po, hindi siya sa Philippines. So para po wala ng (pipirmahan) sa wedding day namin, nag-civil wedding na po kami para celebration na lang po talaga," Jason said.

Momshie Karla Estrada also recalled that Jason once made a promise to Moira's dad to have their 'first kiss' on the wedding day itself. Although the couple could already kiss each other at their civil wedding, Moira said they opted not to. "Technically, pwede naman po na sa civil wedding (yung first kiss namin). But, ayaw naman sana namin na sa city hall," Moira said.

Just wanted to appreciate my handler/friend/bridesman @macmerla for everything he is and everything he has done for us!!!♥️ I hope you know nothing you do ever go unnoticed. I see all your efforts: both large & small. I love how you invest your time and love not just to me but to my family and my best friends. How you effortlessly make sure everyone is seen & appreciated; how you bring so much laughter in the room and even if you always french exit🙄, your absence is as felt as your presence. I'm so grateful it's you sir mac😢 It's been a crazy roller coaster ride for us but you stayed. You understood. And you hoped unwaveringly. If there was one person in the last 2 years who has helped me toughen up and get braver without having to extract my soul and my heart, even kindness, in the process, it's you. We are so far from perfect, but we grow so well together. You are amazing and if i could do it all over again, amidst our petty regla fights and the mishaps, i will always choose you. Thank you for being my handler but most importantly, thank you for being our friend. I will always thank God for you. I love you. Thank you♥️

The 25-year-old Tagpuan singer also admitted that she is still not done writing her vows because she couldn’t help being emotional. "Kinakabahan nga po ako kasi hindi ko nga po natatapos ‘yung wedding vows ko. (Kasi) naiiyak ako," said the soon-to-be bride.

On the other hand, Jason has his own technique on composing his wedding vow. "Ako po mga voice memos. Kapag nagda-drive ako, tapos may naisip ako na gusto kong sabihin sa kanya, nire-record ko agad, ‘di ko muna sinusulat," the soon-to-be groom shared.
