Isabelle Daza shared on her Instagram story that she thought of creating an official contract for her house helpers and explained the benefits of having contracts.

“So I decided to create a contract for my helpers at home to show their job description and their rights as an employee,” she wrote.

The Playhouse star included breaks in their eight-hour job as “labandera at tagalinis.” They also have day offs and sick leaves. However, they couldn't get an advance salary unless it’s an emergency.

“This is also so they know they cannot get fired over simple mistakes.”

Isabelle also listed down the things she provides for them.

“This will help them feel secure and proud to keep a job and protect both parties. And in return of course they do a job well done,” she said.

Her helpers also get benefits like contribution to the Social Security System (SSS), Philhealth, and Pag-ibig.
