<p>The new proposed House bill that seeks to lower the age of criminal liability is currently a hot topic on social media. Some celebrities and social advocates like Dingdong Dantes and Anne Curtis took their stand on Twitter, about the issue.</p><p>On the day it was approved by the House Committee last Monday January 21, Dingdong tweeted, &quot;Agree ako sa iyo, (Chel Diokno) Crucial stage ang childhood and adolescence to one&#x27;s development. These are periods where psychological, emotional, social and physical aspects are strongly influenced by the surroundings and are formed,&quot; he said along with a shared video from senatorial candidate, Chel Diokno. </p><div><img alt="" src="https://push-data.abs-cbn.com/push/push/media/2019-january/012419/celebs-express-dismay-lowering-juveline-delinquency.jpg"/></div><p>In another tweet, Dingdong talked about an alternative way of helping the Filipino youth.
