Miss Universe 2018 2nd runner-up Sthefany Gutierrez is pleased with the result of her cosmetic surgery done days before joining – and later winning – the coveted pageant.

The Venezuelan beauty queen shocked thousands of fans after learning that she went under the knife through the expertise of Doctor Froilan Paez, who shared her “before and after” photos on Instagram on Christmas day. The comparison showed Sthefany’s evidently enhanced nose, chin, and ears, among others.
