Among the new cast members for Dekada ‘70 is “The Hows of Us” star Juan Miguel Severo, who will alternate with Paw Castillo as Willy, the hippie best friend of activist Jules.

Meanwhile, Boo Gabunada, who played Emman, the probinsyano college student in the hit musical Ang Huling El Bimbo, will take on the role of the pensive and academic Em in Dekada ‘70.

“He really wanted to do it but then had eventual schedule conflicts. We did find a gem with Esteban Fulay, though. Now, Boo joins the cast to alternate with Esteban -- not to claim his role, but to speak his truth as well,” said Pat.

The other cast member is Justine Peña, who played Gabbi in the hit rock musical Sa Wakas. In Dekada ‘70, she will portray the character of Evelyn, the girlfriend and eventually wife, to Gani.
