Marked as the first major international collaboration of Star Music, Iñigo Pascual will be releasing a new single with Chinese-Australia popstar Wengie in partnership with Danny Wang from YG Entertainment.

During the press conference last March 27, Iñigo admitted to being grateful of being picked personally by YG Entertainment partnership head Danny Wang to do a collaboration with Wengie.

"I still can't believe it's all happening so fast, especially with this collaboration. They said I will be collaborating someone from YG, I said, 'This was crazy, I've been a fan of KPop artists," Iñigo told the press.

"The whole experience, the whole process, [it was] really easy to work with the team. Wengie came in, dala dala niya ‘yung shed of paper with her. The sentence would be one word. So inispell niya ‘yung words the way it supposed to be said," he added.

Iñigo and Wengie will be releasing the song Mr. Nice Guy on April 20, with its three versions – English, Tagalog and Taglish. The song was also composed by the same writer for BTS, according to Danny Wang.

"When Danny showed me Iñigo I have this vision for this project where I wanted to do like a K-Pop male-female duet. A really cool - when the girl raps and the boy sings very nicely. It was perfect. His voice is like an angel," Wengie said.

Wengie is also known to be a successful YouTuber in Australia reaching almost 13 million subscribers. She also produces her own music under her other channel Wengie Music with recent singles Oh I Do, Deja Vu, and Cake.

The team is now shooting for the Mr. Nice Guy music video, which will be released on the same date.
