On Instagram last Tuesday, the 42-year-old star shared for the first time a sonogram of their second child together, who, they said, will be named after Jomari's late brother, Robert Yllana.

Robert, or Robbie to his friends and family, is the second of the five Yllana siblings who died on May 13, 2010 due to complications of diabetes. He was 44.
