Chito Miranda is known for his crazy antics each time he sets foot on stage during shows. Not only does he crack witty jokes, but he also leaves his fans with Twitter-worthy quotable quotes. Last Saturday, May 4, Parokya Ni Edgar performed some of their greatest hits in front of the thousands of attendees during the 10th-anniversary event of Ingram Micro Philippines held at the Circuit Makati.Ingram Micro Philippines, one of the country’s pioneers in the BPO industry here in the Philippines, organized the concert called Rock MNL which featured artists such as The Ransom Collective December Avenue, This Band, Parokya Ni Edgar, and Ely Buendia as part of their 10th anniversary. But fans started cheering for him when he lauded Batang ‘90s or kids and teenagers who grew up in the ‘90s after his performance of &quot;Silvertoes&quot; for being much more tolerant when it comes to songs with explicit lyrics.“Nothing against millennials—mga sensitive. Pare, nung nilabas namin itong kanta namin na ‘to noong 1998, pare walang na-offend. Alam niyo kung bakit? Tayong mga batang ‘90s, we don’t get offended by songs. Can you imagine kung ngayon namin nilabas ‘yan? Lalo na sa Twitter. Iba na ang away ngayon. ‘Ay ang sama ng kanta. Suntukan tayo,’ eh,&quot; the Parokya ni Edgar frontman said.“Anyway, nothing against millennials. Kung na-offend kayo, sorry. Pero sa mga batang ‘90s, alam natin matitibay mga dibdib natin,&quot; he added.In a Facebook post back in 2013, Chito Miranda shared how a girl he and Parokya Ni Edgar bassist and drummer Dindin Moreno hated back in college became the inspiration for the song.&quot;Nung nasa UP pa kami ni Dindin, may tinatambayan kami na pinagtatambayan din ng isang pandak na babaeng maitim at pangit na nakaka-asar yung ugali (okay lang naman na di sya maganda eh, pero pangit kasi ugali nya...I should know kasi I&#x27;ve known her since high school),&quot; he wrote.He then went on: “English ng english ng slang tapos SOBRANG LOUD (papansin)! Tapos dikit ng dikit sa magagandang girls para ‘in’ siya. Laging naka silver nail polish yung toe nails nya (kahit parang hinlalaki naman lahat at magkakagalit yung mga daliri nya sa maitim nyang paa!) Kaya siya tinawag ni Dindin na ‘Silvertoes.’ Dun ako na-inspire isulat yung kanta...sa sobrang pagkaka-irita ni Dindin sa kanya.&quot;
