The "Hello, Love, Goodbye" actress recently revealed that she has teamed up with Dubai-based designer Michael Cinco to create her outfit for what is dubbed as the biggest celebrity fashion event in the country.

This is not the first time that Kathryn will play as muse of Cinco. In 2015, the 23-year-old star wore a white intricate gown by the international designer at the same event, then dubbed as the prestigious Star Magic Ball.
