“It’s been a long time since I’ve been here. I’m glad so many of you showed up. One of the things that this tour has been all about, is just you showing up in person. I’m saying thank you guys so much for … I mean, me and the guys have always been grateful for your support over the years. Otherwise, we’ll just be making music for a hobby in our bedrooms,” he said.

Shinoda, who lost his co-lead vocalist and good friend Chester Bennington two years ago, went on to share how he almost decided to quit his career as an artist. But thanks to his fans, he chose to stay and share his music with the rest of the world.

“But not just for that because two years ago, I feel like I was just gonna stop doing music altogether. So to be able to be up here now at the end of an awesome tour cycle, I’ve been seeing a lot of wonderful faces like yours, I’m telling you from the bottom of my heart, thank you guys. It’s been an amazing feeling. This is actually the end of the cycle. It’s the end of this era and this moment. So I’m happy to be sharing it with you guys. And I don’t know what happens next,” he stated.
