<p>&quot;The happiest 4th runner-up.&quot;</p><p>This was how Miss Cavite Billie Hakenson described herself as she placed in the top 5 of the recently concluded Miss Universe Philippines pageant.</p><p>Though she did not bag the crown, the beauty queen remarked that she achieved more than that during her pageant stint. </p><p>&quot;I never expected to be part of the Top 5. And I&#x27;m still basking [in] elation with my achievements. Of course, the crown was the goal. But I achieved more than the actual crown and title.
