Known as a very hands-on celebrity mom, Cheska Garcia-Kramer is very transparent on social media with just how focused she is on raising her three children Clair Kendra, Scarlett Louvell, and Gavin Phoenix in a well-rounded way especially this year because they are doing home quarantine. After moving into their new home last year, Cheska has been busy homeschooling her kids and enjoying different activities with them that include gardening, cooking, and the arts.

Last October 5, the 40-year-old mom shared what the scheduled physical activity was last weekend. Cheska also shared why teaching her kids sports is important to her and her husband Doug Kramer who is a professional and national basketball athlete. On her Instagram post, she wrote,

“Sunday is Jiu-jitsu Day!

One of the things I love about sports is that it teaches kids to ‘be humble in victory and gracious in defeat!’

It teaches them what sportsmanship is about. Showing a good attitude whether they win or lose! So many lessons and teachings about humility, patience, self-control, perseverance, gentleness, honesty, respect and team work- all these traits are important attributes and discipline that they will take with them all throughout their life.

A good time for parents to guide them and teach them about values as they evolve in the sport they love. ️”

In the video she posted, Gavin and Scarlett practice grappling which is part of the martial art of Jiu-jitsu. Cheska’s kids also take different lessons at home through virtual learning like ballet and taekwondo, as seen through Team Kramer’s social media updates.
