I asked them why are they selling instead of staying at home and their answer is they need to work to buy some food, so I decided to buy them all what they want in a grocery store. Rewarding some hardworking people and supporting local vendors and businesses,” he wrote in a Facebook post. </p><p>Basel went on to say that he wants to use his platform to inspire the revival of the Bayanihan spirit or the Filipino custom of communal unity. </p><p>“Reviving bayanihan. I just want to use this platform to help those who are in need and to send awareness. If I can do it, you can too. You have a big heart helping that 2 kid vendors buying their groceries for their family. You&#x27;re so good and a kind person Sir. Keep it up and always in good health so that many people you can still help. God bless you, Sir Basel.” </p><p>“I’ve watched this in YouTube and it was amazing. The kids were very happy. I’m sure it’s their first time to get what they wanted for free and no limits. Basel told them get what you want and get what you can carry. God Bless you Basel and Mabuhay ka,” another netizen wrote. </p><p>Basel has been living in the Philippines for quite some time now. </p>
