Ellen Adarna clapped back at her haters who accused her of "not doing anything" amid the COVID-19 crisis.

On her Instagram Stories, Ellen clarified that she and her family have actually been helping PUIs (persons under investigation) in Davao by providing them a shelter at Queensland, their hotel business in the city.

"To some haters messaging me about puro lang ako 'happy happy' and I'm not doing anything to help, here is my reply to you. @sebastianduterte called me and asked me if it was possible to use one of our establishments in Davao and okay na. Solved na. Sabta mga basher na di kasabot (Intindihan niyo mga basher na hindi nakakaintindi)," Ellen said.

The actress even shared a screenshot of a Davaoeño thanking her for helping the PUIs in the city.
