More celebrity couples are getting creative with spending quality time at home while under self-quarantine due to the threat of the coronavirus pandemic.

On Sunday, May 3, former beauty queen Miriam Quiambao shared photos from a date night she just had with her husband, fellow inspirational speaker Ardy Roberto, at home.

According to the Miss Universe 1999 first runner-up, sharing romantic moments together is one way she and her husband keep their marriage alive amid the COVID-19 lockdown.

"Couple Date Night. It’s still ECQ and we can’t go out for dinner but that doesn’t mean we should stop dating our spouse!" she said.

"We made some baked balsamic chicken with sweet potatoes, Greek salad and prepared ... panna cotta with mangoes for dessert. Ardy set up the table with votive and flowers and we set up in his quarantine room," she continued.

"We make sure we avoid discussing about kids and finances and ask each other questions like: 1. How am I doing as your spouse? 2. How can I improve? After dinner we cuddled in bed and Shakespeare In Love. What a sweet night it was!" she added.

Miriam, 44, tied the knot with Ardy in a ceremony in Tagaytay in March 2014.

Their child Elijah turned one last February.
