Actress Ryza Cenon is the latest celebrity to enter the world of vlogging.

The "General's Daughter" star announced her latest venture on Wednesday, August 12, with a short teaser for her first vlog entry. The episode, she said, will be released on her YouTube channel, dubbed "Real Ryza Cenon," on Sunday, August 16.

"Gusto kong ishare sa inyo ang bago kong journey," she said. "4 na araw nalang!!! Mag-subscribe na sa Real Ryza Cenon."

As of writing, "Real Ryza Cenon" already has nearly 1,000 subscribers.

Ryza joins the growing list of local celebrities who have dabbled into vlogging, such as Vice Ganda, Judy Ann Santos, Toni Gonzaga, Kathryn Bernardo, Kim Chiu, Maja Salvador, Erich Gonzales, Liza Soberano, and Julia Barretto.

Her announcement comes as Ryza prepares for the arrival of her first child.

Just earlier this week, Ryza shared a new set of ultrasound images of her baby boy, which she captioned, "Bored ka na sa loob baby boy? konting tiis nalang ha. Wag mong kainin paa mo ok? Excited na kami makita ka. Thank you for effortlessly bringing laughter and joy to us."

It was on July 1 when she first announced that she’s expecting her first child, with photos of her showing her growing baby bump. At that time, the 32-year-old said she was already 5 months pregnant.

Ryza is expected to give birth in November.

The father of her child is cinematographer Miguel Cruz.
