Sa isang post sa kanyang Instagram nitong January 30, Sabado, ikinuwento ni Angel Locsin na nagkaroon siya ng meeting kasama si Baguio City mayor Benjamin Magalong, matapos maging maingay ang pangalan nito nang mapasama ito sa listahan ng mga umattend ng isang party ng showbiz personality na si Tim Yap.
Sa isang post sa kanyang Instagram nitong January 30, Sabado, ikinuwento ni Angel Locsin na nagkaroon siya ng meeting kasama si Baguio City mayor Benjamin Magalong, matapos maging maingay ang pangalan nito nang mapasama ito sa listahan ng mga umattend ng isang party ng showbiz personality na si Tim Yap.

“It pains me to see my family, and my constituents, in anguish over this but I am committed to hold myself accountable and do what is necessary to rectify this misstep. Much as I have given my best to discharge my duties for the task force, this incident has been a reminder that a higher standard is always expected of me,” sabi nito sa kanyang resignation letter kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

I know he’s all over the news lately, so, I just want to share our experience with him. He reminded us to wear our masks and face shields and to respect the locals by following safety protocols. He also wore his mask the whole time. Just putting this here not to justify pero para may ibang side naman,” ani ng aktres.

Pinatawan ng penalty na 1,500 pesos si Tim Yap at lahat ng 33 na kataong dumalo sa pagdiriwang dahil sa paglabag sa Face Mask Ordinance at Physical Distancing Ordinance. Ang venue naman na The Manor ay pinagbayad ng 9,000 pesos dahil sa paglabag sa Face Mask Ordinance, Physical Distancing Ordinance, at sa ordinansa ng lungsod para sa New Normal Operations for Business Establishments.
