K-Pop group SEVENTEEN landed an endorsement deal with online shopping brand Lazada.

On Wednesday, October 13, Lazada officially announced that SEVENTEEN, a 13-member boy group under Pledis Entertainment, is now part of its roster of brand ambassadors.

The announcement comes as Lazada kicks off its biggest one day sale set to happen on November 11.

Known for having a versatile musicality that inspires thousands of individuals from the younger generation, Lazada chose to tap the group to be the first-ever Happiness Ambassador of the online shopping platform.

“With their talent and lively personalities, I hope SEVENTEEN can inspire our consumers across Southeast Asia to stay bold and passionate in experimenting new ideas, and to continue pursuing goals and dreams with the trust that challenges along the way can be overcome,” the Chief Operating Officer of Lazada Group, Raymond Yang, said.

Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN is set to take over the main stage of the 11.11. Super Show to perform hits such as “Left & Right” and “Ready to love.” Various other celebrities across Southeast Asia are also expected to appear on the show.

Just recently, SEVENTEEN appeared in a campaign where they can be seen dancing to a special rendition of Flo Rida's "Low." This "transports the Lazada Happiness Ambassadors into Lazada World, a dynamic and fantastical realm filled with larger-than-life everyday objects and exclusive 11.11 rewards.”

Having debuted in 2015, SEVENTEEN is also known for their songs “Don’t Wanna Cry,” “Pretty U,” and “VERY NICE,” among others. The group is gearing up for the release of their ninth mini album called Attaca set to be released on October 22.
