Congratulations are in order for Chen of K-Pop group EXO who is soon becoming a dad to his second child.

Reports about his wife’s pregnancy first appeared on Newsen on Tuesday, November 16.

Meanwhile, Chen’s agency, SM Entertainment, confirmed the report about the K-Pop star and his wife.

“It is true that Chen’s wife is pregnant with their second child,” SM Entertainment told Xports News.

It was in April 2020 when Chen confirmed he is officially a father to his first child. He got married to his wife in January of that year.

Born Kim Jong-dae, Chen debuted as part of EXO in 2012. The said K-Pop group is known for hits such as “Love Shot,” “Ko Ko Bop,” “Monster,” and “CALL ME BABY,” among others.

He then became part of the subgroup EXO-M and later on, EXO-CBX. In April 2019, he released his debut solo album called April, and a Flower.

Meanwhile, Chen is currently fulfilling his military duties. He enlisted as an active duty on October 26, 2020.
