<p>Alex Gonzaga had Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto as her guest in her latest YouTube vlog. </p><p>In the video, Alex met Vico at the Pasig City hall where she was given a tour by the mayor around the different departments in the building. </p><p>During their conversation, Alex asked Vico why he decided to run for mayor.</p><p>&quot;Ito &#x27;yung nakita kong opportunity na magpakilala ng pagbabago
