Former Pinoy Big Brother housemate and now director Fifth Solomon shared that one of his dreams is to work with Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla in the future.

"Siyempre kung mangangarap ka lakihan mo na, mga KathNiel ganyan. Kasi di ba? Kilig na kilig ako sa KathNiel," he said in an interview on Magandang Buhay.

Fifth said that he wants to do a fantasy movie with KathNiel if he would be given the opportunity.

"Mahilig ako sa surreal, sa fantasy. Kasi naniniwala ako na ang pelikula ay hindi lang siya reflection ng buhay; escape siya sa buhay. So gusto ko gawing kakaiba ang mundo. 'Yung mga imposible gusto kong gawing posible, so mala-surreal ang gusto ko for them," he relayed.

Meanwhile, Fifth recently directed the upcoming Philippine adaptation of My Sassy Girl which will star Toni Gonzaga.

"Nakakatuwa na makatrabaho si Ate Toni. Kasi hindi ba dati pinapanood ko ang romcom movies niya, ngayon dinidirek ko na siya. So nakakatuwa," he stated.

The director said that he is very excited about the movie because it marks the 20th anniversary of the film.

"Twentieth anniversary niya this year so very excited kami para ihandog ito sa lahat ng ating Kapamilya," he said.

It was on January 20 when TinCan Films announced that Toni will be headlining the Philippine adaptation of the Korean movie.

In one of her recent vlogs, Toni's husband Paul Soriano revealed that My Sassy Girl is his wife's dream movie.

Toni considers starring in the film as a big blessing.

"First time ko napanood 'yung pelikula [in] 2006 when we were shooting You Are the One. Di ko malilimutan 'yun. Sasa Pampanga kami. Sabi ni direk Cathy (Garcia-Molina), 'Panoorin mo 'yung My Sassy Girl, yan 'yung peg namin sa'yo. Dapat ganyan ka pagka-feisty,'" she said in her vlog.

"So, 20 years after the film was released, I have been given the opportunity to play the role, 'yung Philippine adaptation ng My Sassy Girl so 'yun I consider it as a big blessing," Toni added.
