The last surviving offspring of Eddie Garcia passed away on Saturday, March 13. In a report by Mario Dumaual for ABS-CBN News, 65-year-old Erwin Garcia died due to complications of liver disease.“It’s very sad that after two years, sumunod na si Erwin kay Tito Eddie,” Mikee Romero, the representative of Erwin, said. “We were close, komedyante kasi yon,” Mikee added. Eddie Garcia was the partner of Mikee’s mother Lilibeth Romero.Erwin&#x27;s father Eddie passed away in June 2019 after the latter got into an accident while shooting a television show. His older brother Eddieboy died in the 1970s because of a motorcycle accident. He would always ask what I like to eat even when he was shooting on location... When I was nine years old, I always (went) with him in all his location shootings and (accompanied) him to target range shooting every weekend with my Kuya Eddieboy,&quot; Erwin told ABS-CBN News back in 2019.Erwin took part in the documentary Manoy: Isang Pagsaludo Eddie Garcia which was a tribute to his late father.
