More than keeping his multiple businesses afloat during the pandemic, actor and enterpreneur Enchong Dee made sure that he was able to provide employment to all employees during the lockdown period. The Huwag Kang Mangamba actor owned his first business when he was 23 years old.

Presently, Enchong owns three branches of a popular restaurant chain as well as a buy-and-sell business. This month, he shares his latest venture as co-partner of the award-winning music academy from Singapore called Academy of Rock Philippines.

On his Instagram account last March 31, Enchong wrote,“I always equate education to empowerment. Kapag may kaalaman ang isang mamayan mas malayo ang naabot na mga pangarap.

It’s been a dream to open up my own school, and so I’m proud to announce that my partners and I are opening Academy of Rock Philippines 🏽, a totally different team from the former. This is one of the few businesses that I will personally supervise to make sure that the quality of music education will be at par with our Singaporean counterpart.

After hosting duties in the recently concluded season of Pinoy Big Brother: Connect, Enchong joins the cast of the teleserye Huwag Kang Mangamba, playing the role of Fr. Sebastian “Seb” Milandez. Fr. Seb wants to raise funds to build a new church after the old one burned down in the town of Hermoso where the story happens. In a previous interview, Enchong said playing the role of a man of God has been a positive influence on him on and off screen.
