Kapamilya stars Ogie Alcasid, Regine Velasquez, and Jolina Magdangal took to social media to share their experience getting inoculated with the COVID-19 vaccine.

Ogie explained that he and his wife were able to get slots to get COVID-19 jabs from the Quezon City government because both of them have comorbidities.

Kaming mag asawa ay may commorbidities kaya nakakuha po kami sa QC ng slot at kami ay napabakunahan na,” Ogie wrote in his Instagram post.

Ogie advised his followers from Quezon City who wish to get vaccinated to download an app called EZ Consult to register for the vaccination.

“Sa mga taga QC, download po natin ang EZ consult app para maka rehistro na po tayo at antayin natin ang abiso sa email natin. Ty QC gov’t. God bless us all.”

Jolina, for her part, said she and her husband Mark Escueta also registered on the EZ Consult app but did not disclose how they qualified to get COVID-19 jabs.

“Prayed for this for so long. Madali lang kami ni Mark nakapag register ng account sa eZConsult app at mula doon follow lang ang instructions,” Jolina wrote.

“Thank you sa LGU ng Quezon City at sa lahat ng nagfacilitate kanina sa Batasan National Highschool,” she added.

Meanwhile, other celebrities who also got inoculated with the COVID-19 vaccine include Mark Anthony Fernandez and Ogie Diaz.

The Philippines, which has a population of approximately 108 million people, has vaccinated more than 1.2 million individuals as of April 13. Mass vaccination in the country is set for May 2021.
