<p>More than a month after her 70-year-old mom Sandra Garcia’s passing due to COVID-19 and heart disease complications, actress Jean Garcia shared in her latest Instagram post how she is dealing with the loss of a parent.</p><p>She wrote, “There isn&#x27;t a day that goes by where you aren&#x27;t on my mind. Memories of you flood me every single time and I can&#x27;t ever find the words to express how thankful I am to have had you as my mom. incomparable sacrifices you made for all of us that continuously inspire me to live, move on and do better each day. Thank you for being that one person who knew what’s exactly in my heart when my mouth can’t speak. For silently listening to the things I know NO ONE can fully understand. Please forgive me for all my shortcomings. I know I am not a perfect daughter for you. Know that I am still in great regret until this very day, because I missed out one important thing—I wasn’t able to grant more of the things your heart longs for.
