<p>After celebrating their seventh anniversary as a couple last January 2 with a romantic dinner date in Tagaytay, Jennylyn Mercado greeted longtime boyfriend Dennis Trillo on his 40th birthday with a short but sweet post along with a cute couple photo of them spending time together.</p><p>On her Instagram account last may 12 she wrote, “Celebrating you today and always.
