Jolina Magdangal reveals she was a victim of online scamming during the lockdown

<p>After starring in the Star Cinema digital film <em>Momshies! Ang Soul Mo’y Akin! </em>which started streaming last month, Jolina Magdangal shared her unforgettable experience working with fellow <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/magandangbuhay"><em><strong><u>Magandang Buhay</u></strong></em></a> hosts Karla Estrada and Melai Cantiveros during their two-week lock-in shooting.</p><p>“Ako yung unang unang nahirapan na hanggang sa huli hinihingi namin na hindi na kami lock-in or hindi na bubble at all pero parang ang naging desisyon ng Star Cinema ay talagang gawin yung protocols. Tapos talagang pinikit namin yung mga mata namin lalo na ako kasi hindi ako sanay na mag-lock in ng matagal na wala yung family ko and sa tulong ng lahat napagtagumpayan na hindi na namin naisip na patapos na, naka two weeks na pala tayo, parang ganun.</p><p>“Mahirap pero parang meron ding madaling side eh ksi nandun lahat ng concentration mo kasi nandun lng kayo sa hotel na yun tapos andun lang talaga yung concentration mo sa movie na yun. Merong may okay na nangyari, meron ding hindi pero sa kabuuan, yung mga hindi okay na pakiramdam naging okay din kasi nagtulungan ang bawat isa,” she shared during the SOULid bLOLcon virtual event. different lives who accidentally get their souls switched, Jolina said their characters eventually realize that their own lives and families are worth loving and living for. Jolina said she got to know her fellow momshies more through this project.</p><p>“Aminado kami na nung mga first years namin na magkakasama dito sa i, merong mga parang nagkakilanlan kami so alam na namin katulad ni mamshie Melai mahilig talaga siya mag-joke pero dahil tumatagal na yung friendship namin at nagkakakilanlan kami, talagang alam na namin kung kagaya niyan ito hindi mo talaga to an online scam while doing home quarantine with her family.</p><p>“Kasi bumibili ako online ng mga cactus. Meron dun na gustong gusto kong cactus na dream cactus ko siya tapos sabi ko bakit ang mura? Pero ang galing kasi makipag-usap. Ayun na, nung idi-deliver na, cannot be reached na siya. Pero kaya namin nalaman na na-sa-scam na ako, nag-try naman yung asawa ko na mag-inquire sa kanya, sumasagot hanggang sa wala na rin din. Hindi niya totoong account and na-scam na nga ako. Ngayon, sobra (ingat) ko na. Wala ng online transfer. Ano na, COD (cash on delivery). Mahirap,” she revealed.</p>
