<p>Pia Wurtzbach shared a health update on social media on Tuesday, July 13, revealing that she recently found out that she has high cholesterol.</p><p>On her Instagram Stories, the Miss Universe 2015 shared, &quot;Starting the day with a good workout. Akalain mo yun mataas daw cholesterol ko kaya eto double time na sa pag seseryoso. Kahit naman anong itsura mo sa panlabas e kung mataas cholesterol mo pano na.”</p><p>Pia remarked that a consistent workout routine is really key to a healthy body.</p><p>&quot;I learned that consistency is key sa pagiging healthy.
