Derek Ramsay, Ellen Adarna plan to have kids next year

<p>Derek Ramsay revealed that he and his wife Ellen Adarna are planning to start their own family next year.</p><p>The hunky actor made the revelation during a Q&amp;A session he had with his fans on Instagram Stories on Sunday, January 2.</p><p>Responding to one fan who asked whether he plans to have more kids, Derek said: &quot;Yes. Probably next year. I want a boy, Ellen wants a girl.&quot;</p><p>He then turned to Ellen&#x27;s son, Elias, and asked, &quot;Do you want a brother or a sister?&quot; To which the actress answered, &quot;Girl. Sister!&quot;</p><p>Elias is Ellen&#x27;s son with her former partner, actor John Lloyd Cruz. honeymoon with Ellen in Africa, where they are also planning to bring along Elias.</p><p>The actor said it is the one thing he is looking forward to this 2022. </p><div><a holidays</strong></u></a></div><p>On why he and Ellen want to bring Elias on their honeymoon, Derek explained in a previous interview: “Gusto naming ma-experience ni Elias ‘yung ma-eexperience namin kasi, pinag-isipan namin ni Ellen ‘to e — kung nand’on kami tapos ‘yung makikita namin i-wi-wish namin na siyempre makita ni Elias ‘yon.</p><p>“&#x27;Yung Safari, once mo lang gagawin yun, eh. Maganda kung makasama namin si Elias, para ma-experience din niya.”</p><p>Unfortunately, Derek said his son wouldn&#x27;t be able to join them because of his schooling.</p><p>Ellen and Derek tied the knot at a luxury resort in Bataan on November 11, 2021.</p><p>They announced their engagement last March, or just a month after they admitted being in a romantic relationship.</p><p>The two first met through actor John Estrada, who set them up on a blind date. However, it wasn&#x27;t until early last 2021, after they were seen getting cozy at a dinner party, when they were romantically linked together.</p><p>Prior to marrying Ellen, Derek said he believes that the actress is already “the one” for him.</p><p>For her part, Ellen confessed that she never wanted to get married, but that all changed when she met Derek.</p>
