<p>Marjorie Barretto and her daughter Dani showed their love and appreciation for the mother of Kier Legaspi, Hershey, as they marked her birthday on Sunday, October 16.</p><p>In an Instagram post, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!” she continued.</p><p>In the comments section of her post, Marjorie also shared her short but sweet greeting for Kier’s mother.</p><p>“Happy Birthday Tita Hershey. I love you very much,” said Marjorie.</p><p>Dani, 29, is the daughter of Marjorie and Kier. Marjorie also has three children with actor-comedian Dennis Padilla – including actress Julia Barretto – and a daughter with politician Recom Echiverri.</p><div><a href="https://push.abs-cbn.com/2022/9/19/fresh-scoops/marjorie-barretto-gives-message-to-daughter-julia-202488"><u><strong>READ: Marjorie Barretto gives message to daughter Julia amid family woes</strong></u></a></div><p>Although she is close to her grandmother, Dani has long been estranged from Kier.</p><p>In an interview with Vicki Belo in 2021, the lifestyle vlogger said the last time she and her dad saw each other was seven years ago. </p><p>Despite this, she said she reached out to Kier in 2020 so she could introduce her daughter Millie to him.</p><p>“I called him [to tell him about] a lot of things. Parang because I also had a baby. I was very emotional because I knew he was just there. I want my daughter to know him,” she said.</p><p>“I don&#x27;t want my daughter to grow up na what if she asks me about my dad, wala ako masagot because I don&#x27;t know what&#x27;s happening in his life,” she added.</p><p>But  due to the COVID-19 lockdown, she and her dad have never had the chance to see each other. </p><p>“I didn&#x27;t even have his number. I had to ask for his number sa lola ko, his mom. I called him and we spoke. We kept trying to plan to see each other but because of COVID hindi kami matuluy-tuloy,” she said at the time.</p>
