Lou Yanong recently walked the runway for a few modeling stints with a makeup brand and an international designer.

In an interview with Star Magic Inside News, the former Pinoy Big Brother housemate opened up about her experience to do modeling again.

"Sobrang nakakatuwa. Everytime I do it it feels like a breather for me 'cause it’s something na minsan di ko na iniisip, parang muscle memory na siya for me," she stated.

The Kapamilya star said her reunion with her friends was the highlight of her runway shows.

"It was just really doing it with my friends. It meant a lot," she remarked.

One of her runway walks has been featured on Vogue Philippines recently. She said that she felt ecstatic seeing her photos in the magazine.

"Seeing it definitely, hindi naman nasabi 'yung name ko or anything but I am just happy that my photo was there. Di ba for every model, for any personality parang to be seen sa website na 'yun and page na 'yun, it's just amazing," she said.

When asked what were preparations before doing her runway work, Lou said: "[I prepare] mentally because I felt, not naman the pressure, a little bit, kasi before hindi naman ako nakikita dun. Ang tinitingnan ang damit.”

“I wasn't expecting but probably if people knew me, 'yung mga ginagawa ko sa TikTok, it felt a little nakaka-pressure siya so ang ginawa ko I just walk and walk kasi after a long time hindi ako nakapag-walk," she added.

Lou recently also marked her return to acting as she recently starred in an episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya which gained positive reviews. She co-starred alongside Kail Estrada in the show.

Asked how she feels about the positive feedback on her performance in the show, she said: "I am just so grateful because at the time parang kinakabahan lang ako. I was blessed that I had co-actors na nagtutulungan kami, tinutulungan niya ako especially alam niyang first time ko, 'yun [si] Kaila Estrada, she was amazing.”

She went on: “I worked with her even sa fashion industry pa. To be able to work with her that time tapos familiar face, ayon I am just really thankful na tinulungan niya ako to get those comments."

The Kapamilya star also shared what her dream roles are.

"Gusto ko talaga maging makulit na best friend ng bida. Pangarap ko talaga 'yun. Any role. Gusto ko rin minsan maging kontrabida, it's interesting to do something na it is out of your comfort zone or who you are," she stated.

Lou also talked about her Pinoy Big Brother batchmates, also known as Team LAYF, which include André Brouillette, Yamyam Gucong, and Fumiya Sankai.

"Sa amin kasi ng Team LAYF kahit hindi kami nag-uusap tapos 'pag kailangan namin 'yung isa't isa nandiyan kami, magre-reply, magvi-video call, tatawag,” she said.

“I feel like ang maganda dun hindi kami masyado nag-uusap pero that only means we are all doing good. I feel like individually kasi mahirap din nasa iba't ibang lugar kami so I'm sure we are all doing amazing," she added.
