<p>As he celebrated his birthday, Jake Cuenca penned a heartwarming message for a special person in his life—his mother.</p><p>The actor celebrated his birthday with his mom on Friday, December 30.</p><p>On his Instagram page, Jake honored his mother, thanking her for being by his side throughout his journey.</p><p>&quot;I have everything I need right here for my birthday. I love you mom. ❤️ Thank you for always understanding me for always trying to get me,&quot; Jake said.</p><p>He added, &quot;Thank you for picking me up when I&#x27;m down and motivating me to move forwards. I&#x27;m the luckiest man alive to have you by my side. Pero those dreams came true when I came to ABS-CBN. Parang nagtiwala sila sa akin and they banked on me.&quot;</p>
