<p>After an impromptu performance during Kathryn Bernardo’s birthday dinner last weekend at an island resort in El Nido, Palawan, Daniel Padilla dedicated another sweet greeting for his girlfriend’s 26th birthday this year. In his latest Instagram post, the 26-year-old actor dedicated lyrics from American rock band Green Day’s song “Last Night On Earth” which was first released in 2009. DJ shared his favorite moments with Kathryn over the years which included their travels in and outside the country in places like Japan, Rome, and Iceland. </p><div><a He used to play bass guitar in an indie pop rock band called Parking 5 composed of his younger brother JC Padilla and their friends Katsumi Kabe, Sed Gothico, and Lester Giri before the group disbanded in 2014. DJ released his self-titled debut album “DJP” in 2013. He and Kathryn Bernardo have been dating for over a decade after first working together on the teen-oriented series Growing Up in 2011.</p>
