<p>Aubrey Miles shared the story behind her engagement to Troy Montero.</p><p>In an interview on <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/magandangbuhay" target="_blank"><em><u><strong>Magandang Buhay</strong></u></em></a>, Aubrey relayed that they actually did some ring fittings way back before the pandemic happened.</p><p>&quot;Matagal na &#x27;to, nung before pandemic pa nagsukatan na ng mga rings. Sabi ko, &#x27;ano &#x27;to?&#x27; Ako naman ganun ako, hindi siya makakapag-secret sa akin kaya parang feeling ko tinry niya talaga, kinausap niya itong jewelry shop na &#x27;to. Sabi niya sukat-sukat lang, sabi ko, &#x27;Sige sukat-sukat lang.&#x27; Pero matagal pa &#x27;to. Hinold nila ito during pandemic,&quot; she said. </p><p>Aubrey relayed that she was told that the ring fittings were for their wedding band. The actress shared that she actually said to Troy that it&#x27;s okay if there will be no proposal and they will immediately proceed with the wedding.</p><blockquote class="instagram-media" Na-feel din kasi nila before sa akin kasi kasal, for me lang naman ito. Sabi ko almost two decades na kaming being together, sabi ko okay lang sa akin na wedding band,&quot; she stated. </p><p>&quot;Pero alam mo, akala ko sabi ko it&#x27;s okay hindi naman importante ang proposal okay lang &#x27;yan, pero iba &#x27;yung feeling pala. Hindi kasi ako makilig-kilig person eh. Naka singit pa ng solo picture after saying YES!&quot;</p><p>The couple has been in a relationship since 2003. They have two kids named Hunter Cody who was born in October 2008 and Rocket who was born in December 2018. Aubrey has a son named John Maurie from her former boyfriend JP Obligacion.</p>
