Laureen Uy fulfills dream of buying a beach lot in La Union: ‘I’ve been saving up for this my whole life’

<p>Laureen Uy has checked off an item from her bucket list after buying a beach lot in La Union.</p><p>The YouTuber shared that she has always been a big fan of the beach and remarked that she is at her happiest when she&#x27;s near the sea.</p><p>&quot;If you guys have been following me for a while now, you probably know that I love the beach. As in every chance I get when I have free time I try to go to the beach because sobrang peaceful ng aura ko, I feel very, very happy and content. Iba lang talaga &#x27;yung mood ko when I&#x27;m at the beach. Nung nagcollege ako I had Style Break and I was also selling clothes online. and I asked my dad if I could open my ATM account para lahat ng savings ko don na malalagay. This was back in college. And even back then I knew already that I was saving up money but I didn’t knew kung para saan ba &#x27;yun?&quot; she said.</p><p>She said that it was only when she turned 30 when she finally figured out that her savings was actually meant for her to have a property by the beach.</p><p>&quot;It was only when I turned 30 that I realized na ito pala yung pinag-iipunan ko, ito &#x27;yung big dream ko together with my brother. And before lagi kong sinasabi na gusto ko ng beach house, ito na &#x27;yung pinag-iipunan ko and I kept manifesting it but I didn&#x27;t know exactly which area where I wanted to buy a beach lot. There was something about the vibe here. &#x27;Yung community also like I love the people here, &#x27;yung sound ng dagat dito. Even &#x27;yung sand nila it is so different. I basically fell in love with this province,&quot; she said.</p><p>She added, &quot;And so early 2021 my brother and I decided that we want to buy a lot here. location with the right price and &#x27;yung seller also ng lot sobrang bait din. Mahabang process siya pero here we are now,&quot; she stated. </p><p>Laureen shared that recently, she finally signed the title of the beach lot.</p><p>&quot;After Christmas right before New Year&#x27;s, my brother and I were able to sign the contract na so yes and just last week I got na the title of the house na nakapangalan na sa amin,&quot; she stated.</p>
