<p>More than a year after she gave birth to her son Amari, actress Coleen Garcia has bounced back into shape, surprising her social media followers with a bikini photo on Wednesday, April 27.</p><p>The snap, which has earned hundreds of thousands of &quot;likes&quot; on Instagram, shows Coleen flaunting her fit body in a two-piece swimsuit while on a vacation with her family in So I still feel it. People don’t see my stretch marks and loose skin unless they come close to me, but I see them every day. It’s not so much what other people think, but really how I feel, and right now I don’t feel 100% yet, but I’m also not rushing or pressuring myself,” she said.</p><p>“I’ll probably never look the way I want to, but I’ve come to terms with it. And I’m allowed to feel bad about it sometimes, as long as I pick myself back up.”</p><p>She also shared her postpartum workout routine, which involves only light exercises and moves that help her improve mobility.</p><p>&quot;I do simple workouts that only require bodyweight or light weights, and they’re more on mobility exercises that loosen up my tight muscles. I have to do more work on strengthening my pelvic floor muscles since childbirth messed that up. I focus on having good form above several reps and heaviness of weights. Recovery is also important, so I give myself more than enough time and room to breathe and relax,&quot; she said.</p>
